OBAMA'S CALL FOR WOMEN'S EQUALITY: 'THIS IS SIMLY A MATTER OF RIGHT AND WRONG
International Women's Day was sunday and President Obama marked it by calling for equality for all women. Obama is quoted to say "simply a matter of right and wrong," and "was one if the great injustices of our time." Obama's statement on International Women's Day gives credit to women for being essential to the survival of economics, political systems, and families and communities. Obama sheds light on how women's rights are violated around the world and are treated like second class citizens. He focused on supporting girls' education and making sure that one day women, girls, boys and men will all be equal.
