The nomination of judge Thomas K. Kistler to the Pennsylvania state Supreme Court hit a road block on Friday after the Centre Daily Times reported that he once sent an allegedly racist email. Kistler confirmed he sent the email but denied that racism had anything to do with it. News of the email threatens to derail Kislter's nomination.
